About
Born in Katima Mulilo. Today, leading marketing and communications at NAMCOR, hosting Africa's most demanding stages, and running businesses across watches, digital, and commodities.

I'm currently Marketing & Communications Manager at NAMCOR, where I get to shape how Namibia's national oil company shows up in a country that is about to be very much in the conversation. Before that I led brand work across financial services, FMCG, and education.
Founder of a few things, advisor to a few more. I care about Namibian businesses building durable brands — not just clever ones — because the difference compounds.
Mentor, board member, occasional fundraiser. I sit on a couple of governance structures because the work matters more than the seat.
Football and drone-flying on the weekends, and I write about Namibia's creative economy when I get the chance.

Live
“I read the room — then I own it.”
— Paulo, after twenty years on stage and inside boardrooms
What I do
One Paulo, seven surfaces. Pick the one that fits your room — I'll bring the rest with me.
Corporate galas, awards nights, brand activations.
Talks on branding, leadership, and the Namibian moment.
Personal-growth talks for teams, youth, and conferences.
Stand-up sets and bit-driven hosting for corporate-safe rooms.
Strategy, identity, and rollout for Namibian brands.
Campaign planning and execution across earned/owned/paid.
One-on-one coaching for executives and emerging speakers.
Writing
Opinion pieces on Namibian energy, intentional branding, and the structural truth of organisations. New writing as it lands.
Uses the Rolex story (founded by an orphan, Hans Wilsdorf) to argue that brands are built through intentionality, not accident.
Argues that middle management is the structural weak point of organisations and the place where culture and execution most often fail.
On the Venus offshore oil discovery (TotalEnergies / QatarEnergy / Impact / NAMCOR) and its projected economic impact on Namibia.
A reflective opinion piece on Namibia's positioning for first oil (~2029-2030) and the work needed in the interim.
Examines the UAE's post-oil diversification playbook and what Namibia can adopt to avoid the resource curse.
